The Seasons Keep Changing — and So Do We

Spring: New Beginnings

Spring always feels like a deep breath after holding it for too long. The world starts to wake up trees bloom, the sun stays out a little longer, and everything feels alive again. In life, Spring is that moment when something new starts to take root. Maybe you’re beginning a new chapter: a job, a relationship, a dream you’ve finally decided to chase. It’s that time when hope feels easy, and the possibilities seem endless.

Summer: Living in the Moment

Summer is energy and light and laughter spilling out onto long evenings. It’s when life feels full, when you’re in the flow of things, saying yes to opportunities, people, and experiences that make you happy. Summer also reminds us to be present. To really taste the joy of what’s here right now.

Autumn: The Art of Letting Go

There’s something about Autumn that’s so beautiful. The leaves turn fiery shades of red and gold, and then they fall. The trees don’t cling — they just release. Life asks us to do the same sometimes. Maybe it’s letting go of old habits, old versions of ourselves, or dreams that don’t fit anymore. It could even be letting go of relationships (friendly, romantic, family) that aren't healthy for us. It’s not always easy, but Autumn reminds us that letting go doesn’t mean losing — it means making room for what’s next.

Winter: Rest and Renewal

Winter tends to get a bad reputation for being dark and cold, but it’s easily my favorite season. Beneath the surface, everything is resting, rebuilding, preparing for another round of growth. In our lives, Winter is when we slow down — when we reflect, recharge, and rebuild our strength. It’s okay to have quiet seasons. Growth doesn’t always look like movement; sometimes it’s happening in ways we can’t see yet.

Keep Moving Forward

The truth is, life is always changing. Every season, no matter how it feels, is doing something important. The key is to keep showing up, keep growing, and keep believing that each stage has something to teach you. Because just like the seasons, you’re meant to change.
